Hollywood Talent Manager ("the App") is developed and operated by Francis Rheaume ("we", "us", "our"). This policy describes what data we collect, why, how it is stored, and your rights regarding that data.

We store data generated through gameplay, including: agency statistics and reputation, actor rosters and training history, casting submissions and audition results, financial transactions (in-game currency), notifications and alerts, trade offers, and league standings.
In-app purchases (rescue tokens, cash injections, ad removal) are processed through RevenueCat, which receives transaction data from the App Store or Google Play. We receive purchase status and entitlements but do not store payment card details.

Hollywood Talent Manager is a multiplayer game. The following data is visible to other players within your league:
Your email address is never visible to other players.
Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. Gameplay data (notifications, expired offers, resolved events) may be periodically pruned for performance, but core account and progress data persists until you delete your account.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete Account within the app. This permanently deletes:
Deletion is immediate and irreversible. Data held by third-party services (RevenueCat purchase history, AdMob logs) is subject to those services' own retention policies.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. Authentication tokens are stored securely on-device using platform-native secure storage (Keychain on iOS, Keystore on Android). Database access is controlled through Row Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring users can only access their own data.
Hollywood Talent Manager is rated 17+ and is not directed at children under 17. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
The App uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. You will be asked for permission before any tracking occurs. If you decline, ads will still be shown but will not be personalized based on your activity across other apps and websites.
You can change your tracking preference at any time in your device's Settings > Privacy > Tracking.
